Flex Fit Camp is a 45 Minute high intensity functional training program designed to keep your heart rate in a target zone that burns more calories and fat than traditional workouts in only 45 minutes.
- We locate your personal fat burning zone, and keep your there to allow you to burn the most amount of fat calories in only 45 minutes.
